Lost in Space

Lost in Space

To launch the reboot of the classic ‘60’s sci-fi series, we traveled to Vancouver to shoot the Lost in Space cast on their massive set to create what would become one of Netflix’s biggest 360 ad campaigns to date. I acted as Managing Creative Director between the print, AV and digital/social disciplines.

“Human History” Date Announce Piece

For the first beat of the campaign, we scripted and shot “Human History,” a glimpse of the Robinsons taking their final steps on Earth, as they embark on their fateful trip to the stars. We conceived a scene that didn’t exist in the show to capture the emotion of leaving your home planet behind and venturing into the unknown. We mixed this with archival footage of life on Earth to give a sense of gravitas, and to let viewers know that this was no campy rehash, this was a best-of-breed sci-fi family drama like nothing else on television.
